GT Road Safety by Civicnexa
Information We Collect
GT Road Safety by Civicnexa collects account and profile details such as name, email address, country, age range or date of birth, language, driving-side preference, profile image URL, and sign-in provider details. Country and date of birth are required during Android onboarding and optional during iOS onboarding. We also collect gameplay data such as points, RSG, leaderboard position, trophies, solo sessions, multiplayer room state, question progress, admin-controlled game settings, support tickets, payment references, payment status, timestamps, and push notification tokens.
How We Use Information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide gameplay, verify payments, prevent score or payment abuse, operate multiplayer, display leaderboards, provide support, send important notifications, and improve reliability and safety of the service.
Usage Analytics
On iOS, Firebase Analytics measures app usage using an app-instance identifier, device and app information, approximate location, screen views, sign-in method, selected language, and gameplay start, completion, and score events. The SDK also measures app sessions and store purchase events, including product, price, and currency. We use these measurements to understand usage and improve the app. Our custom analytics events do not include names, email addresses, account IDs, question text, or payment details. Advertising identifiers and advertising consent are disabled; we do not use these events for cross-app advertising or sell analytics data.
Service Providers
We use Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Analytics for iOS usage measurement, DigitalOcean Managed PostgreSQL for application data, DigitalOcean Spaces/CDN for media files, the GT Road Safety backend hosted on DigitalOcean, Google Play Billing or App Store In-App Purchase for store purchase verification, and Paystack for eligible Nigerian off-store payment verification. These providers process data as needed for authentication, usage measurement, database storage, media delivery, messaging, backend operations, payment verification, fraud prevention, and support.
Security
We use HTTPS, Firebase security rules, authenticated backend APIs, server-side payment verification, server-side score validation, and admin-only dashboards to protect user data and authoritative gameplay data.
Retention And Deletion
Users can delete their account in the mobile app from Settings > Delete Account. Account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account, profile, onboarding data, payment subcollection, leaderboard entry, game sessions, support tickets, and active multiplayer membership unless specific records must be retained for legitimate legal, tax, payment dispute, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons.
