Delete Your Account
GT Road Safety lets signed-in users request permanent account deletion directly inside the mobile app. You can also contact support if you cannot access your account.

In-App Deletion
Open GT Road Safety, sign in, go to Profile, open Settings, then tap Delete Account. Confirm the prompt to permanently delete your account and associated app data. This is the fastest way to start deletion because it verifies that the request is coming from the signed-in account owner.
What Is Deleted
Deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account, user profile, onboarding data, in-app payment access record, leaderboard entry, game sessions, support tickets, stored profile image, notification token, and active multiplayer membership.
What May Be Retained
Payment processors such as Apple, Google Play, or Paystack may retain transaction records for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not use retained payment records to keep your game profile active after deletion.
Deletion Timing
In-app deletion is processed immediately when the app can reach our backend services. Support-assisted requests are reviewed and processed within 7 days after we verify account ownership.
Need Help?
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and request account deletion. Include your display name and any username you used in the app so we can identify the account safely.
